Materials:
1) Tubing: The bed frame uses 40×60 square tubes with a thickness of 1.2mm. The bed surface uses 15×30 square tubes with a thickness of 1.2mm.
All bed connection parts are made of thick-walled tubes with a thickness of 2.75mm or more or 3mm cold-rolled steel plates formed by stamping.
2) Welding process: The bed frame and bed surface are fully welded by robots, ensuring a firm and reliable connection.
The welding areas are smooth and flat, making the bed sturdy and durable.
3) Bed surface coating process: The bed surface is sandblasted with steel shot to remove rust and then electrostatically sprayed.
The coating is anti-static powder, resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and resistant to fading.
